To date, Hollamby’s programme of pre-application consultation has included two full rounds of public consultation and multiple meetings with local community groups and stakeholders.
The first round of public consultation was held from March-April 2014. Around 500 people attended a public exhibition at this stage and provided feedback on the emerging proposals. Following this exhibition, Hollamby reviewed the initial feedback and updated the proposals – these were displayed at a further round of public exhibitions in October 2014, attended by around 220 people.
Throughout the consultation process Hollamby has offered to meet with local stakeholders, including local residents, elected representatives and local community groups, and has provided individual briefings and presentations.
Various communication channels have also been made available for people to contact the project team, ask questions and submit feedback. Aside from this website, we have set up a direct community email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) and a Freephone community line (0808 168 2519). These will remain open throughout the planning process.
